How to Install the BizBahi APK on Android

BizBahi is a free GST billing, inventory and khata app for every kind of shop — kirana and general stores, medical shops, clothing, hardware, mobile shops and restaurants. Follow these steps to install the official APK safely.

Warning: Download BizBahi only from this official website. Do not install APKs from unknown Telegram/WhatsApp forwards.
  1. Step 1. Open the Download page on this official BizBahi website and download the APK over HTTPS.
  2. Step 2. On your Android phone, open Settings → Security (or Apps) and allow install from unknown sources / this browser only for this install.
  3. Step 3. Open the downloaded APK file from Notifications or Files and tap Install.
  4. Step 4. When prompted, review permissions and complete installation.
  5. Step 5. Open BizBahi, sign in with your Google account and create your business. You can optionally set a PIN lock in the app.
  6. Step 6. Optional: verify the APK SHA-256 shown on the Download page matches the file you received.

Allowing "unknown apps" on different phones

Android blocks apps that do not come from the Play Store until you allow the app you downloaded with. The menu names differ a little by brand and Android version:

  • Android 8 and newer (most phones): when you tap the APK, Android shows "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source". Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back and tap Install.
  • Samsung: Settings → Apps → ⋮ → Special access → Install unknown apps → choose Chrome (or My Files) → Allow.
  • Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: Settings → Privacy protection (or Additional settings → Privacy) → Special permissions → Install unknown apps → choose your browser.
  • Vivo, Oppo, Realme: Settings → Security / Privacy → Install unknown apps → choose your browser or File Manager.
  • Android 7 and older: Settings → Security → turn on Unknown sources.

Once BizBahi is installed you can switch this permission off again. Updates installed later from the official website will simply ask for it once more.

After installing: first-time setup

  1. Sign in with your Google account. Your license and cloud copy of your data are linked to this account, so use the same one on every phone.
  2. Create your business: shop name, address, GSTIN (if registered) and logo for your invoices.
  3. Add products — type them in, scan barcodes, or import them from Excel/CSV.
  4. Make your first bill and share it on WhatsApp, as PDF, or print it on a 58mm/80mm thermal printer.

Updating and moving to a new phone

When a new version is released, the app shows an update prompt; you can also download the latest APK from the Download page and install it over the existing app — your data is kept. When you change phones, install BizBahi on the new phone and sign in with the same Google account; your synced data and license come back. You can also keep a backup file as an extra copy.

BizBahi is distributed directly from its official website, bizbahi.com. The APK on the Download page is the same app, signed by us, and the page shows its version and SHA-256 so you can check the file.

Is it safe to allow "install unknown apps"?

Yes, if you allow it only for the browser or file manager you used to download the official APK. After installing BizBahi you can turn the permission off again. Never install BizBahi APKs forwarded on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Which Android version do I need?

Make sure the download finished completely, you have free storage on the phone, and you are installing the official APK. If an older BizBahi from another source is installed, back up your data first, then contact support before uninstalling it.
