Delete your BizBahi account

You can delete your BizBahi account and its cloud data yourself, at any time, from the app or the web app. / Aap apna BizBahi account aur cloud data kabhi bhi khud delete kar sakte hain.

Option 1 – In the Android app

  1. Open BizBahi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap More → Settings → Delete account.
  3. Read the warning, tap Delete account, type DELETE and tap Permanently delete my account.

Hindi: App kholen → More → Settings → Delete account → chetavani padhein → DELETE likhein → Permanently delete my account dabayein.

Option 2 – In the web app

Sign in at bizbahi.com/app → Settings → Delete account and follow the same steps.

Option 3 – Request by email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@bizbahi.com from the email address (or mention the mobile number) linked to your account with the subject “Delete my BizBahi account”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within 7 days), and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your account profile: name, email, mobile number, Google account identifier, profile photo, business name and profile.
  • All synced business data on our servers: customers, suppliers, products, invoices, purchases, quotations, payments, expenses, khata entries, stock, staff list and staff access, shared document links, AI Sahayak usage, sync devices, sessions and sign-in devices, support tickets.
  • The BizBahi data stored on the device where you delete the account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment and license records (order/payment IDs, amount, date, plan, license ID) are kept for up to 8 years as required by Indian GST and income-tax law, linked only to an anonymous account ID – without your name, email or phone.
  • A security audit-log entry that the account was deleted.
  • Server backups that already contain your data expire within 14 days.

Data on other phones where you used the app stays on those phones until you uninstall the app or use Settings → Export / Backup Data → Reset app there. To keep a copy of your data, first use Settings → Export / Backup Data → Backup (download JSON).
